This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect data when merchants ("you") authorize us, through TikTok's official authorization flow, to access their TikTok Shop accounts and data via the TikTok Shop Open API.
We only access data that you explicitly authorize us to access through TikTok's official authorization mechanism (OAuth). The categories of data we may access include:

We do not access, collect or store payment card numbers or any credentials of your TikTok account. All access happens through TikTok's official APIs in accordance with the TikTok Shop Open Platform Terms.

We never use your shop data for purposes other than those described above. In particular, we do not sell, rent or trade your data, do not use it to operate competing businesses, and do not access, use or disclose your data beyond what is necessary to provide the services you requested.
Storage location and encryption: Data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest. Access is protected by authentication, authorization and strict permission isolation.
Retention period: We retain your data only for as long as needed to provide the services, plus the retention periods required by applicable laws (e.g., tax and e-commerce record-keeping requirements). After your authorization is revoked or our service relationship ends, your data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where applicable law requires us to keep certain records.
